Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User Account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to provide required verification documentation
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Breach of bonus terms or promotion abuse
• Requests from regulatory authorities

Upon Account termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination resulted from User misconduct. In cases where termination was not due to User fault, remaining funds will be returned to the User following completion of any necessary verification procedures.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the me905 Platform are the exclusive property of me905 or our licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your Account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of me905 Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, me905 reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent violation of these Terms.
